Our exercise program is designed to provide safe, effective, and individualized training tailored to each client’s goals, medical history, and current fitness level. The program emphasizes a thorough assessment, ongoing supervision, and regular check-ins to ensure progress and safety throughout your fitness journey.
Initial Assessment Phase (Day 1)
Before beginning the program, each client undergoes a comprehensive evaluation to establish a baseline, identify potential limitations, and set realistic, personalized goals.
Includes:

Medical History Review
Collection and review of any current or past medical conditions, medications, and previous injuries or surgeries.

Consent Forms & Questionnaires
Includes informed consent, physical activity readiness questionnaire (Get Active), and goal-setting form.

Vitals Check (if needed):
Blood pressure, heart rate, and other relevant measurements.

Movement/Strength Testing (Functional Movements):

Evaluation of movement quality in the same functional patterns to detect any imbalances or restrictions.

Cardiovascular Testing (Client-Dependent):
Test modality and intensity chosen based on client's current fitness level, ability, and health status.

Goal Setting & Expectation Management:
Collaborative discussion to set short-term and long-term fitness goals based on assessment outcomes and personal preferences.
Program Setup
Following the assessment, your individualized program will be developed. This plan will align with your goals, movement patterns, and current fitness level.
Program Development Includes:

Custom workout structure (strength, cardio, mobility, etc.)

Selection of appropriate exercises and progressions

Consideration of any limitations or medical concerns
Supervised Exercise Program
All training sessions will be supervised by a qualified professional to ensure proper form, progression, and safety.

Vitals taken as needed before or after workouts

Adjustments made to the program in real time based on performance, feedback, and physical response
Check-In Session
To monitor progress and ensure continued alignment with goals. To continue progress into next block if client wishes to continue.
Each Check-In Includes:
