Group Fitness Programs

At Adrenaline we offer several fitness programs for all fitness levels.  Programs are separate from our punch pass classes and run for between 4 and 8 weeks.

first lift senior womens fitness

First Lift is the ideal fitness class for women over the age of 50.  Workout along side ladies your own age, and make some new friends.  All classes are held in a private group fitness classroom to avoid any gymtimidation.   

Each 45 minute class includes a warm up, strength training, and stretching cool down.  These full body workouts  improve overall strength, cardiovascular conditioning, core strength, flexibility and balance.  A variety of equipment is  used during the workouts such as dumbbells, kettlebells, cable machines, trx's, and exercise balls. 

You will be guided every step of the way by coach Shannon, who specializes in fitness for older populations. Exercise variations will be provided to accommodate any fitness level regardless if this is your first lift or you are an experienced gym goer.

Our goal is to help you age gracefully through activity and enhance your quality of life.

strong as a mother

Strong as a Mother is designed for new and veteran moms who are looking to get back into a fitness routine and build some serious strength. Dedicate 45 min to taking care of just YOU so you can be in great shape to take care of those you love. Join other moms who are on the same path of giving their postpartum body some love. ALL fitness levels are welcome.

senior mens strength

An introduction to strength training for senior men (50 years plus). Trainees will learn to safely use a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, weightlifting machines, bands and barbellls, to become stronger and more robust and therefore better able to deal with the effects of aging.

No prior strength training is necessary.
